Regarding product customization
You can customize the material of the steering wheel (such as Alcantara, various kinds of leather, carbon fiber, etc.), the color, the color of the stitching, and the color of the centering mark. You can also choose to add special decorative elements, for example, customized stitching patterns.
Different materials have different characteristics. Alcantara is soft to the touch and has good anti-slip properties, which is suitable for customers who pursue a comfortable grip. Leather materials (including perforated leather and smooth leather) are of high quality and have excellent durability. Carbon fiber is lightweight and has a strong modern feel, which can enhance the sporty atmosphere. You can make a choice according to your own driving habits and preferences for texture. For example, if your palms often sweat, Alcantara might be a great choice. If you like the classic and luxurious feel, smooth leather would be more appropriate.
Generally speaking, the production cycle of customized steering wheels is around 30 to 35 working days. However, this time may vary depending on factors such as the availability of materials and the complexity of customization (for example, the production cycle of particularly complex forged carbon fiber will be relatively longer). We will promptly inform you of the estimated delivery time after you place your order and communicate with you if there are any changes during the production process.
Regarding product quality and after-sales service
If quality problems occur with the customized steering wheel you received, please contact our customer service as soon as possible within 7 days after receiving the product. You need to describe the situation of the problem in detail and provide clear photos or videos of the product. Our customer service team will evaluate based on the information you provided. Generally speaking, products that haven't been installed can be returned within 15 days, while products that have already been installed won't be accepted for return, except in the case of quality problems.
Since customized products are made according to your personalized requirements, generally speaking, returns or exchanges are not accepted without quality problems. However, if there are quality defects in the product or it seriously fails to meet your customization requirements (such as excessive color deviation, omission of key customized elements, etc.), we will handle the return or exchange procedures according to the specific situation. When handling returns or exchanges, we will communicate with you about the specific procedures and details to ensure that your rights and interests are protected.
