Refund policy
Our return and refund policy varies based on the product attributes
Small items: 7 days return. Shipping is at your own expense.
Steering wheel (not installed): 15 days no reason refund, shipping is at your own expense.
Steering wheel (installed): No return
Customized steering wheel: No return without quality issues
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
