For custom-made items, the production and delivery process typically takes 30 to 45 days. Please note that custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or quality issue.

We offer a 30-day return policy for standard products. If, upon receiving your order, you wish to return it, please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

We provide worldwide shipping for all our products. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated lead time if not already specified on the product page.
